- Sellers: contact details, property address, condition, timeline, and documents you share during a sale.
- Rental applicants and residents: application information, identification, income and rental history, consumer and background reports (with your written authorization), lease records, and maintenance requests.
- Website visitors: contact form submissions and basic server logs. The seller net sheet runs in your browser, and we don't receive your inputs.
How we use it
- To evaluate properties, prepare offers, and complete purchases.
- To process rental applications consistently under our written criteria, manage leases, and handle maintenance.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it as needed with title and closing companies, contractors performing work at a property, screening companies you've authorized, our attorneys and accountants, and authorities when required by law. If an application is denied based on a consumer report, you'll receive the notice the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep records for as long as legally required or needed for our business. Applicant screening data is limited to authorized staff.
Your choices

Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
